Orders will be dispatched according to the serviceable Corona affected zones, For all red zones or containment areas the orders will be held in the warehouse and you will be contacted and requested to pick up your order from the warehouse itself.
Shipment details will be shared with the customer as soon as the order is dispatched.
Until this pandemic is over, the products purchased cannot be returned to mitigate the risk of human contact.
For all genuine manufacturing defects of the products, the reverse pick-up will be scheduled at a later date when the situations are normal.
