It would be Appreciable if you contact us if you find the item is not as described due to mistake or damage while in shipping. Please provide us a photo as proof of damage or any other disruptions in the product and we will definitely replace the product after the item is sent back to our India office. Please Follow some Common Things in our product due to Handmade Nature.
Only after our team has acknowledged the receipt of your exchange request, you are requested to send back the product on the below mentioned address. Please note the reverse shipping arrangements are to be done by you. While we are working on our reverse logistics, we are currently not in a position to offer the service.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchange (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, the exchange product will be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible.
Custom Tailored Items / Altered Items
We will not accept return or exchange for custom sized items or items that have been altered in any way.
